Elden Ring Yura Questline Nagakiba Location

Elden Ring Bloody Finger Yura Locations Questline: Where to get His Armor and Weapon When He Dies

The Bloody Finger Hunter Yura questline is one of the easiest to mess up in Elden Ring. It’s easy to find him for his first few appearances, but his final one is located somewhere many players will skip over. As such, many are wondering if they can still get his weapon, Nagakiba, even after his body is taken over by Shabriri.

Where do I get Nagakiba if Yura is dead in Elden Ring?

Luckily, players can still get the Nagakiba, Yura’s sword, and his armor, the Ronin Set, even if they never met him before he becomes Shabriri. However, where players have to go for the Nagakiba changes depending on how much of Yura’s questline they’ve completed in Elden Ring.

Most players will meet Yura at least once near the Seaside Ruins in Limgrave. He’ll warn them not to go to Agheel Lake because of the dragon that lives there. However, it’s not necessary to meet him here to start his quest.

The second area Yura pops up in is near Murkwater Cave. Bloody Finger Nerijus will invade the player’s game, and Yura will appear to help them. Once Nerijus dies, they can talk to Yura and find out that he’s hunting the Bloody Fingers.

Yura appears again on the bridge north of the magic seal at the Raya Lucaria Academy Main Gate Grace. If players walk past the seal, they’ll find a red summon sign they can activate to help Yura take down Bloody Finger Ravenmount. After that’s over, he’ll explain that his target is Bloody Finger Eleonara.

The final place that Yura appears is the Second Church of Marika on Altus Plateau. Players can speak with him here to receive the Nagakiba and start the fight with Eleonora. Defeating her ends his questline.

The catch with Yura’s questline is that all of it has to be completed before reaching the Mountaintops of the Giants. Once players reach this location, they’ll find that Shabriri has possessed Yura’s body to tell them about the Frenzied Flame, and that Yura is no more. Fortunately, once players reload the area, Shabriri will have departed, and the Ronin Set will be in his place.

To get the Nagakiba, players reportedly will have to visit the last place they spoke to Yura. Alternatively, if they never spoke to him, the Nagakiba should be sitting where he first spawned at the campfire near Seaside Ruins in Limgrave.

Oddly, though, the above wasn’t the case in our playthrough. We didn’t find the katana at the last place we spoke to Yura. Instead, in our game, the Nagakiba was at the Second Church of Marika the first time we visited it. So, those having trouble finding the sword should search every place Yura appeared.
