While it remains to be seen how many Pokemon will be allowed to transfer in from Home into Sword and Shield, there is a solid chance that Mewtwo may well be allowed. Based on videos such as this from Kyugma, Mewtwo exists in the game code, being made available currently through hacks.
This likely means that Mewtwo will be available to transfer into Pokemon Sword and Shield following the release of Pokemon Home. Of course, time will tell if this is the case or not. For now, there is no way of catching or using a Pokemon Sword and Shield Mewtwo. You’ll have to turn to games such as Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee if you’re after an HD Mewtwo fix.
